A dica de hoje é o livro Sussurros da Alma, que será publicado em breve pela Editora Modo. De autoria da escritora Mandy Porto, a obra é a terceira publicação dela, depois de Diário de um Anjo e Sussurros de uma Garota Apaixonada.
Na verdade, em conversa com a autora, ela nos comenta que esse livro é uma nova versão de Sussurros de uma Garota Apaixonada, escrito em 2009. “Quis fazer uma nova edição com capítulos extras ou algo parecido, mas no fim acabei reescrevendo ele totalmente no decorrer do ano passado“, afirma.
Ela diz que não mexeu na história em si, mas acabou melhorando diálogos, adicionando cenas e dando outros grandes momentos entre os protagonistas. “Tudo começou quando eu estava assistindo a um episódio de Ghost Whisperer, eu sou fascinada por amores impossíveis e escrever sobre isso me pareceu uma ótima ideia. Acabei pegando vários pontos que eu adoro e os juntei“.
“Fantasmas, romance, mistério, investigação, uma trama em plena faculdade sem pais por perto, enfim, tudo que eu escrevo, não importando a sua insignificância vale algo para mim“, complementa. Sobre quais foram suas maiores influências na escrita do livro, ela afirma que foram os livros Jovem Adulto que eu adoro ler, outra, foram grandes escritoras como Meg Cabot. Músicas sentimentais também é algo que me influencia muito.
